Brett Danson is CEO and Founder of GELF Sciences. Brett is a successful start-up entrepreneur. He started his first company in real estate finance at only 25 years old and successfully operated that company for 20 years growing the company to one of the highest dollar volume brokerages in the U.S. His involvement with technology and environmental science began after he nearly died from a bacterial infection contracted after swimming in polluted waters. When he recovered, he devoted his life to learning how to repurpose waste into energy products.
John is the Sr. Vice President at GELF Sciences where he is responsible for partnering with Universities and Governments to create technology partnerships and secure funding for waste-to-energy initiatives. He is a nationally renowned river ecologist and is experienced in developing public/private partnerships. John has a PhD in Ecology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters in Fisheries from the University of Washington.
Tom Prusinski is a results-driven executive with 35 years experience in finance and operations management within start-up, mid-size, private and global multi-billion-dollar organizations. Tom has a record of achieving increases in profitability while reducing costs and formulating effective strategic financial plans. Successfully guided corporations through M&A activity and completed 25 deals with combined transaction value in excess of $1.4 billion.
Leslie Williams is a corporate and intellectual property attorney, experienced in EU-U.S. cross border transactions, private company structuring, IP licensing, and data privacy. She has served since the spring of 2020 as GELF Sciences’ general counsel.
Leslie’s expertise includes climate action policy where advises emerging firms in the renewable energy and sustainability space
Rick Erkeneff background is in municipal water and wastewater. Rick is a director and former president at South Coast Water District and a director of South Orange County Wastewater Association.. Rick brings firsthand knowledge in water and wastewater treatments, project financing. Rick is also head of the Orange County Surfrider Chapter in Southern California
Ron has a long history of success in marketing and brand positioning. Ron has developed strategic roadmaps, brand strategies, and new products for Toyota Financial Services, Kellogg's and J&J. At GELF Energy, Ron will convey the company's solutions to some of the world's most pressing environmental issues.
Eric Victor has over 30 years' experience in formulating and executing strategic plans. Eric's strategic plans have bolstered companies like Also Energy, Huber Engineered Materials, Siemens-Westinghouse Power Systems, General Electric and SM Energy. Eric has led global merger integrations resulting in synergies that led to increasing revenues in tens of millions of dollars. His strategic plans remove manufacturing bottlenecks, secure reliable supply chains and optimize delivery logistics while trimming costs.
